Fees & Payment Options
- The fee is S$495 for 5-day program (Mon-Fri, 3-hour per day).
- Full payment required at time of registration
- Credit cards, PayNow and bank transfers are accepted.
Registration Process
- All registrations to be completed through our registration site.
- Places are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
Schedule
- Schedule will be based on the specific dates published on the website
- There will be no lessons during public holidays. Public holiday sessions will be rescheduled accordingly.
Make-Up Policy
- No individual make-up classes provided
- Take-home materials provided for missed sessions
- Brief overview of key concepts available upon request
- Credit toward future programs may be considered for medical emergencies (with documentation)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Parent/Guardian:
- 30+ days before start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-30 days before start: 50% refund
- 14 days or less before start: No refund
- Transfer Options:
- Transfer to another child: No additional fee (subject to age appropriateness)
- Transfer to future program: Administrative fee may apply (subject to availability)
- Program Cancellation
- Full refund provided if program is canceled by SuperMinds
- SuperMinds reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to schedules, trainers, or session structures with minimum 7 days’ notice
- Full refund provided if program is canceled by SuperMinds
Program Participation
- Age Requirements
- Programs designed for specific age groups as indicated in program descriptions. Exceptions considered on case-by-case basis after consultation with program directors
- Arrival and Departure
- Parents/guardians must drop off and pick up children promptly at scheduled times. Staff cannot provide supervision beyond scheduled session times. Timely pickup ensures child safety and respects staff scheduling constraints
- Behavior Expectations
- Children expected to participate cooperatively and respectfully
- SuperMinds reserves the right to remove a child from any program without refund if their behavior consistently disrupts the learning environment
