Terms & Conditions

By registering your child for any SuperMinds program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Program Offerings​

SuperMinds offers two main program types:

  • Weekly Enrichment Program: 10-session weekly program
  • Holiday Programs: Intensive daily programs scheduled during school holiday periods

Fees and Payment Options​

  • Weekly Enrichment Program: Fees as published on our website for each 10-session term (1.5 hours per session)
  • Holiday Programs: Fees as advertised for each specific program
  • Trial Class: One-time trial class available for Weekly Program only (counts as the first lesson and trial fees will be deducted from the payable course fees upon registration)
  • Payment Methods: Credit cards, PayNow, and bank transfers accepted
  • Payment Terms:
    • Weekly Program: Full payment required before term start
    • Holiday Programs: Full payment required at time of registration
  • Sibling Discount: Discount available for siblings attending the same program/term (contact office for current rates and to apply)

Registration Process​

  • All registrations must be completed through our registration site
  • Places are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
  • For Weekly Programs, students may enroll mid-term with prorated fees based on remaining sessions
  • For Holiday Programs, registration closes 3 days before program start date (subject to availability)

Weekly Enrichment Program​​

  • Fees are non-refundable once term has begun
  • Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted at least 14 days before term start
  • Enrollment may be transferred to another eligible child (subject to approval) at no additional cost

Holiday Programs

  • Cancellation by Parent/Guardian:
    • 30+ days before start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
    • 15-30 days before start: 50% refund
    • 14 days or less before start: No refund
  • Transfer Options:
    • Transfer to another child: No additional fee (subject to age appropriateness)
    • Transfer to future program: Administrative fee may apply (subject to availability)

Program Cancellation

  • Full refund provided if program is canceled by SuperMinds
  • SuperMinds reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to schedules, trainers, or session structures with minimum 7 days’ notice

Program Schedules

  • Weekly Program: Specific dates published on website.
  • Holiday Programs: Specific dates published on website and promotional materials
  • Current schedules available on our website or from administrative office
  • No sessions during public holidays; affected Weekly Program sessions will be rescheduled

Attendance Policies

  • Weekly Program: Regular attendance encouraged; missed classes subject to make-up policy
  • Holiday Programs: Children expected to attend all program days; no make-ups for missed days

Make-Up Policies

Weekly Program

  • 20-minute make-up session provided after the next attended class
  • Make-up entitlement per term:
    • Full-term enrollment: Maximum 2 make-up classes per term
    • 8-10 sessions remaining: Up to 2 make-up classes
    • 5-7 sessions remaining: Up to 1 make-up class
    • 4 or fewer sessions: No make-up classes
  • Make-up classes non-transferable and must be used within the same term

Holiday Programs:

  • No individual make-up classes provided
  • Take-home materials provided for missed sessions
  • Brief overview of key concepts available upon request
  • Credit toward future programs may be considered for medical emergencies (with documentation)

Age Requirements

  • Programs designed for specific age groups as indicated in program descriptions
  • Exceptions considered on case-by-case basis after consultation with program directors

Arrival and Departure

  • Parents/guardians must drop off and pick up children promptly at scheduled times
  • Staff cannot provide supervision beyond scheduled session times
  • Timely pickup ensures child safety and respects staff scheduling constraints

Behavior Expectations

  • Children expected to participate cooperatively and respectfully
  • SuperMinds reserves the right to remove a child from any program without refund if their behavior consistently disrupts the learning environment

Medical Information

  • All relevant medical conditions, allergies, and special needs must be disclosed at registration
  • Failure to disclose important medical information may result in program ineligibility

Medication and Illness

  • Staff cannot administer medication except in emergency situations
  • Special arrangements for medication must be made in advance
  • Children who are ill should not attend programs
  • Parents will be contacted to collect children who become ill during sessions

Emergency Contact

  • Parents/guardians must provide current emergency contact information
  • At least one emergency contact must be available during program hours

Media Release

  • Registration grants permission for child photography/video for marketing purposes
  • Materials may appear on website, social media, and promotional materials
  • Written notification required at registration to opt out of media release

Data Privacy

  • Personal information collected for program administration purposes only
  • Information used solely for program-related communications, emergency contact, and administrative purposes
  • SuperMinds does not share personal information with third parties except as required by law

Limitation of Liability

  • Parents acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks
  • By registering, parents release SuperMinds from liability for injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence
  • SuperMinds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Program Materials

  • All program materials (workbooks, activities, methodologies) are proprietary intellectual property
  • Materials provided for personal use only; not to be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially
  • Take-home materials included in program fees

Force Majeure

SuperMinds shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from acts of nature, government restrictions, disasters, or other emergencies making it impossible or impracticable to conduct programs. In such cases, SuperMinds will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements including online sessions where appropriate.

Digital/Online Classes

In the event that in-person classes must transition to online delivery, SuperMinds will provide necessary access information and technical requirements. Regular program fees apply to online sessions. Parents are responsible for providing appropriate devices and internet connectivity.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through direct communication with SuperMinds management. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to mediation in accordance with Singapore law.

Modification of Terms

SuperMinds reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with reasonable notice. Current terms will always be available on our website.
