Is this the right camp for your child?

Designed for children and teens aged 9 to 16 who are ready to grow.

Our confidence and leadership holiday camp in Singapore is designed for children and teens who have more to offer than they are currently showing.

Who This Camp Is For

This programme is suitable for children and teenagers aged 9 to 16 who would benefit from becoming:
More confident speaking up and participating in group settings
More comfortable starting conversations and connecting with others
More expressive in their thoughts and opinions
Better at teamwork, empathy, and respectful interaction
More willing to take initiative and step into leadership roles
More natural and less hesitant in everyday social situations

It Is Especially Suitable For Children Who

Are shy, soft-spoken, or tend to go quiet when attention is on them
Struggle to join conversations or find it hard to connect with unfamiliar peers
Hold back in group settings despite being capable and thoughtful
Have ideas but hesitate to speak up or contribute
Find social situations draining, awkward, or uncomfortable
Are starting secondary school soon and want to feel more socially ready
Simply want to grow in confidence and feel better about themselves around others

The camp runs in two separate
age groups:

Children aged 9 to 12
(Primary 3 to 6)

A supportive, age-appropriate environment where younger children build confidence at their own pace, practise speaking up, and connect with peers in a structured setting.

Teens aged 13 to 16
(Secondary 1 to 4)

A more challenging environment that reflects the social and communication demands teens actually face. Higher stakes activities, more nuanced feedback, and leadership challenges suited to this age group.

What parents of children aged 9 to 16 often notice.

Your child has more to offer than they are currently showing.

Maybe they hold back in group settings. Maybe they have ideas but hesitate to speak up. Maybe they are thoughtful and capable at home but quiet and uncertain when it counts. Maybe they are about to start Secondary school and you want them to walk in feeling ready.

These are not personality flaws. They are gaps that school rarely makes space to fill. Confidence, social ease, and the ability to lead are learnable skills. And three days in the right environment, with the right structure, is enough to shift something real.

Three days. One clear progression.

How three days of confidence and leadership training builds on itself.

Confidence cannot be rushed. That is why the camp is structured the way it is. Every day has a specific purpose. Every day prepares your child for the next.

Personal confidence and self-expression.

Day 1:
Strengthen Yourself.

Your child works on understanding themselves, finding their voice, and becoming more comfortable expressing who they are. This is the foundation. Without it, social confidence and leadership have nothing to stand on.

Social confidence and communication.

Day 2:
Connect with Others.

With a clearer sense of themselves, your child takes that confidence outward. They practise starting conversations, listening genuinely, and contributing naturally in group settings with peers they have just met. The social ease built here is what makes Day 3 possible.

Leadership and initiative.

Day 3:
Step Up and Lead.

With personal confidence and social ease in place, your child practises stepping forward, guiding others, and taking initiative. By this point, they are ready. And they know it.

Activities across the three days.

Every activity has a purpose. Here is what that looks like.

Your child is not just keeping busy. They are building something.

Structured speaking activities.

Children speak in progressively more challenging formats, building confidence through repeated practice in a safe, supportive environment.

Team challenges.

Groups work together toward a shared goal, practising how to contribute, listen, disagree respectfully, and bring others along.

Guided group interaction.

Facilitated conversations that help children practise starting, holding, and contributing to discussions with peers they have just met.

Individual speaking tasks.

Each child gets personal speaking opportunities, not just group participation. They practise expressing their own thinking clearly and with confidence.

Guided reflection.

At the end of each day, children reflect on what they experienced and what they noticed about themselves. Self-awareness is built here.

Leadership challenges.

On Day 3, children step into situations that require initiative, decision-making, and the willingness to guide others. The confidence built in Days 1 and 2 makes this possible.

What parents notice after the camp.

The shifts are quiet at first. But parents notice them.

The changes parents notice are usually small at first. A child who speaks up at the dinner table when they would not have before. Who joins a new group without hanging back. Who seems a little more at ease in situations that used to make them go quiet.

Those are the shifts this confidence and leadership holiday camp is designed to create. Not a dramatic before-and-after. A genuine step forward in how your child carries themselves, connects with others, and shows up in situations that matter.

Communication is a skill. Confidence is a skill. Leadership is a skill. All three are practised across the three days of this camp. Skills built in practice show up in real life.

Why SuperMinds

Why parents choose SuperMinds over other academies

Plenty of programmes promise confidence. Over three days, here is what actually makes the difference.

A teacher who grows how your child sees themselves
The SuperMinds method was pioneered by Iwan Yang, Founder & Programme Director and Singapore's most reviewed communication trainer, and delivered by Iwan and trained SuperMinds coaches. Every group grows your child's belief in themselves.
Small groups where every child speaks, every session
Classes are capped at ten and grouped by age, nine to twelve and thirteen to sixteen, so no child hides at the back. Everyone speaks, and everyone gets real practice.
Real confidence that carries into every room
The three days follow a clear arc: confidence first, then social skills, then leadership. Your child builds what shows up in class, in interviews, and in everyday conversation.
Progress you can see and take home
Your child leaves with a video of themselves speaking and a written evaluation from their coach. You see exactly how far they have come, in their own words.

The method behind the camp.

With coaches who genuinely believe in the person in front of them.

The SuperMinds confidence and leadership holiday camp is built on the same method Iwan Yang has applied across a decade of coaching children, teens, and professionals across Singapore and Asia.

Iwan knows that confidence cannot be installed in a day. It is built through repeated experience in a safe, structured environment, with coaches who genuinely believes in the person in front of them.

The three-day progression, the activity structure, and the coaching approach behind every session reflect his understanding of how confidence and communication actually develop in young people. Every SuperMinds camp session is delivered to the same method and standard, regardless of who is in the room.
Every SuperMinds programme reflects his approach. Structured enough to give children a foundation. Personal enough to meet every child where they are, and draw out the voice they already have.
