Everything you need to know about registration, payment, and our policies.

Programme Offerings

SuperMinds offers the following programmes.

Weekly Enrichment Programme - Public Speaking for Children:
A weekly programme for children aged 9 to 12 (Primary 3 to 6), running each school term.

Weekly Enrichment Programme - Public Speaking for Teens:
A weekly programme for teens aged 13 to 17, running each school term.

DSA Interview Preparation:
A structured coaching programme for Primary 5 and 6 students preparing for DSA interviews. Delivered across four sessions, combining online and in-person coaching.

Confidence and Leadership Holiday Camp:
An intensive daily programme held during school holiday periods, for children aged 9 to 16.

One-to-One Private Coaching:
Private coaching sessions available for all ages. Scheduling and fees on enquiry.

Registration and Payment

Fees
Weekly Enrichment Programme: Fees and schedule published on our website. Each session runs 1.5 hours.
Holiday Programmes: Fees as published on our website for each specific programme.
Trial Class: Available for the Weekly Programme at S$59.50 for new students.

Payment Methods
Credit card, PayNow, and bank transfer are accepted. Processing fees may apply for card payments.

Payment Terms
• Weekly Programme: Full payment is required before the term begins.
• Holiday Programmes: Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Sibling Discount
A discount is available for siblings attending the same programme and term. Contact us for current rates and to apply.

Early Bird Promotions
Early bird pricing is available for selected programmes from time to time. To qualify, registration and full payment must be completed at least 2 weeks before the programme start date. Early bird rates will be clearly stated on our website and promotional materials at the time of offer.

Registration Process
• All registrations must be completed through our registration site.
• A place is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Students may enrol in the Weekly Programme mid-term. Fees are prorated based on the number of remaining sessions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Weekly Enrichment Programme
• Fees are non-refundable once the term has begun.
• Enrolment may be transferred to another eligible child at no additional cost, subject to approval.

Holiday Programmes
Cancellation by parent or guardian:
• 30 or more days before start: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15 to 29 days before start: 50% refund.
• 14 days or fewer before start: No refund.

Transfer options
• Transfer to another child: No additional fee, subject to age appropriateness.
• Transfer to a future programme: An administrative fee may apply, subject to availability.

Programme Cancellation by SuperMinds
If SuperMinds cancels a programme, a full refund will be provided. SuperMinds reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to schedules, trainers, or session structures, with a minimum of 7 days' notice.

Schedule and Attendance

Programme Schedules
• Weekly Programme: Specific dates are published on our website.
• Holiday Programmes: Specific dates are published on our website and in promotional materials.
• There are no sessions on public holidays. Affected Weekly Programme sessions will be rescheduled.

Attendance
• Weekly Programme: Regular attendance is encouraged. Missed sessions are subject to our make-up policy.
• Holiday Programmes: Children are expected to attend all programme days. No make-ups are available for missed days.

Make-Up Policy - Weekly Programme
• A 20-minute make-up session is provided after the next attended class.

Make-up entitlement per ter+m:
• Full term enrolment: Up to 2 make-up classes.
• 8 to 10 sessions remaining: Up to 2 make-up classes.
• 5 to 7 sessions remaining: Up to 1 make-up class.
• 4 or fewer sessions remaining: No make-up classes.
• Make-up classes are non-transferable and must be used within the same term.

Make-Up Policy - Holiday Programmes
- No individual make-up classes are provided.
- Take-home materials are provided for any missed sessions.
- A brief overview of key concepts is available upon request.
- Credit toward a future programme may be considered for medical emergencies, with supporting documentation.

Programme Participation

Age Requirements
Programmes are designed for specific age groups as indicated in programme descriptions. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, after consultation with the programme team.

Arrival and Departure
• Parents and guardians must drop off and collect children promptly at scheduled times.
• Staff are unable to supervise children beyond scheduled session times.

Behaviour Expectations
Children are expected to participate cooperatively and respectfully. SuperMinds reserves the right to remove a child from any programme, without refund, if their behaviour consistently disrupts the learning environment.

Health and Safety

Medical Information
All relevant medical conditions, allergies, and special needs must be disclosed at the point of registration. Failure to disclose important medical information may result in programme ineligibility.

Medication and Illness
• Staff cannot administer medication, except in emergency situations.
• Special arrangements for medication must be made in advance.
• Children who are unwell should not attend sessions.
• Parents will be contacted to collect children who become ill during a session.

Emergency Contact
• A current emergency contact must be provided at registration.
• At least one emergency contact must be reachable during programme hours.

Media and Data Policy

Media Release
Registration grants SuperMinds permission to photograph and video children for marketing purposes. Materials may appear on our website, social media, and promotional materials. To opt out, written notification must be provided at the time of registration.

Data Privacy
Personal information is collected for programme administration purposes only. It is used solely for programme-related communications, emergency contact, and administration. SuperMinds does not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

Liability and Materials

Limitation of Liability
By registering, parents acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and release SuperMinds from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence. SuperMinds is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Programme Materials
All programme materials, including workbooks, activities, and methodologies, are the proprietary intellectual property of SuperMinds. Materials are provided for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially. Take-home materials are included in programme fees.

General Provision

Force Majeure
SuperMinds shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from acts of nature, government restrictions, disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, SuperMinds will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements, including online sessions where appropriate.

Online Classes
Should in-person sessions need to move online, SuperMinds will provide the necessary access information and technical requirements. Regular programme fees apply to online sessions. Parents are responsible for providing a suitable device and internet connection.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms should first be raised directly with SuperMinds management. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be referred to mediation in accordance with Singapore law.

Modification of Terms
SuperMinds reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with reasonable notice. The current version will always be available at superminds.com.sg/terms-conditions.
