Skills Training Hub Pte Ltd operates SuperMinds, a public speaking and communication enrichment programme for children and teens aged 9 to 17 in Singapore. In this Privacy Policy, "SuperMinds", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Skills Training Hub Pte Ltd.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal data of parents, guardians, and students who interact with us, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

2. What Personal Data We Collect
We may collect the following types of personal data:
From parents and guardians:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number (including WhatsApp)
- Relationship to the child (e.g. mother, father, guardian)
From students:
- Child's full name
- Age and date of birth
- School and year level
- Any relevant learning or communication needs shared with us
During our programmes:
- Video recordings of students speaking during class sessions (shared with parents as part of our evaluation service)
- Written evaluations and coach observations
- Photographs or videos taken during classes or camps (used for programme documentation or, with consent, for marketing purposes)
From website visitors:
- Contact form submissions
- Enquiry details submitted via our website or WhatsApp
- Basic analytics data via cookies (see Section 9)

- To deliver video evaluations and written coach feedback as part of our programme

- To send programme updates, upcoming intake information, and relevant content to existing and past customers (you may opt out at any time)

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those stated above without obtaining your consent.

By submitting a registration form, enquiring about our programmes, or enrolling your child with SuperMinds, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Where personal data relates to a child (a person under 18 years of age), consent is obtained from the parent or legal guardian.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including:

Video recordings of students are shared only with the parent or guardian who registered for the class and are not shared publicly or with other parties without explicit consent.

12. Children's Personal Data
Our programmes are designed for children and teens aged 9 to 17. We collect information about students only from their parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without parental consent.
Video recordings made during our classes are shared exclusively with the parent or guardian who registered for the session. Parents may request deletion of their child's video recordings at any time by contacting us.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
